Generally I have always had a good experience with this company. They deliver the bins on time and will pick up the phone when called. The only complaint I have is that they charge a 120 dollar "cannot deliver" fee. I don't think this is fair, because there was a time when they sent a driver who could not drop the bin in the same spot that their other drivers had done multiple times before. They wanted to charge me 120 dollars for the no-delivery (I would have filed a complaint with VISA) so I instead had them drop it on my lawn. It destroyed my grass.

Great company! Always quick to answer phones, quick to pick up the bin and always on time to deliver. Highly recommend this company as we have been using their services for 7 years now.

Core Mini Bins provided excellent service from start to finish. Booking was easy and there was a prompt confirmation. The removal team came when promised and proceed to remove our junk quickly and efficiently. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.
