(May 11, 2021, 2:50 am)My wife and I were one the first families to move into the new Waterview community and the ladies at the model home were very helpful and attentive through the entire home purchasing process.This was not our first rodeo at new construction. Builder promised and over delivered beyond our expectations...We even got to move in 1 month early!
(February 19, 2019, 1:35 am)I have bought a few new-build homes. My purchase with Country Glen Homes went particularly smoothly. There will always be delays, having so many trades working together on these projects, but these were minimal and I was always kept informed if there was a change in schedule.
My deficiency list was much smaller than with other builders and was also dealt with speedily, expertly and with a smile.
The site supervisor and customer service people were so friendly that I almost wished they would have to call me more often!
