I was immediately greeted by an eager to help employee named Jorg. He took his time to make sure I understood everything on the bike. The staff were super friendly and even helped me check if the bike was a good fit for me by joining me on my trial ride. The owner was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone interested in purchasing a bike or servicing their wheels.

Great post sale customer experience! Came in to take my old pedals off and the guy helped me out no questions asked. Very friendly and helpful staff

Cyclepath sent a volunteer to the repair cafe day in Vaughan at the kortright centre. He was professional and courteous. Not only did he quickly fix all the problems with my bike but he walked me through changing the wheel step by step so I could do it myself in the future. Great experience with staff and I would recommend them for a bike repair any day!

In my over 50 years of riding, and meeting many other bicycle stores, staff, my experience here is absolutely #1.
I first went there in the Summer and had the store marked on my GPS as Nice store, nice guys.
Needed to get a few items getting myself ready for the start of the season.
Today I spoke to Ashley.
A very knowledgeable young Lady. Ashley also races.
Which I also did many, many years ago.
If you get the opportunity to be so lucky as to get Ashley, you will most certainly see her knowledge is very extensive.
You might need to get her autograph as I think she is a rising star.
To which I believe she is already.
Representing the club she races for and also wearing the Canadian Flag.
Needless to say a great store. Clean, very well laid out and great prices.
