Friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me send my drone away without issue directly to DJI and get it back to me when the repair couldn't be done in house. I would definitely use their service again.

Sent my Phantom3 pro in from B.C. Multirotor Heli's website clearly states there is a delay in service due to covid-19. I decided to send my drone in anyway. My drone arrived at Multirotor Heli and was diagnosed within 7 days. I was contacted and was provided a detailed quote for my repair. I authorized the repair, my drone was repaired and shipped back to me within the same day. It arrived one week later and is working well. My experience with Multirotor Heli was great. Thanks guys and gals !
