Kevin was absolutely amazing. We had a little issue with one store allowing us to trade in early and he went the extra mile to see if we were able to also do it at Vaughan mills and we did! Thanks to Kevin for being extraordinarily kind and going out of his way.

Went there to pick up a Witcher 3 figure. The employee was friendly, informative, and extremely easy to talk to. There was no pressure or pushing of sales, and just a great atmosphere all around. The workers definitely make it a great place to shop! This location is much better and friendlier than the Vaughan Mills mall one.
