  When my car got hit about a month ago, I was looking for a place to get it repaired, and I saw all the great reviews here. So I called to book an appointment and I can easily say this place went above and beyond my expectations. Vito and his staff were friendly and professional throughout the whole process. They kept me informed throughout the whole ordeal and were fast , efficient, and reliable. The car looks great after the repairs and I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs repairs to their vehicle.   On a typical Friday morning trying to get errands done with my infant, I went to open the rear door of my SUV to place my baby inside and the handle on the door came off. I was no longer able to open the door.
  I became frantic as it was obvious a safety concern not being able to open one of the doors when I have young children sitting in the back.
  I called KIA Canada and all they knew was to remind me that I no longer had warranty and did not show any concern pertaining to the safety of my children. I was upset with the outcome of the call and so thought of Fix Auto Woodbridge as they had replaced my door several years ago.
  I contacted Vito and within the same hour he took time to look at my vehicle and provided a courtesy repair even though the handle was not part of the warranty from the work he had previously done.
  For the safety of my two young children, Vito made it a priority to order the parts while I was still at his shop. The next business day he contacted me to advise that the parts were available. My car was scheduled for repair the following day and a new handle was installed in 20 minutes.
  Vito is an honest professional man.
  He took care of my car and provided great service in a timely manner.
  And the rest of the staff are super friendly and helpful.
  I would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone.
