Since then we have expanded to a commissary kitchen, upgraded our ovens and added Cinelli mixers, rounders, dividers and proofer retarders. Albert is always very helpful in walking through our options, assisting with placement and helping to anticipate future needs. The pricing is very competitive and knowing that we are buying something Canadian made is important, not only knowing we are supporting local trades but we never have to 'wait for a part to be shipped'.
