I'm a long time customer and my two friends I brought in today to get started were delighted with how friendly, inviting and knowledgeable the member on duty was. My friends walked away with some complementary starter supplies for the hobby and one of them even made some purchases to really get started. Absolutely delighted with the experience, and absolutely will be returning with the same friends, maybe even more, in tow. I also got to take home some starting supplies and already have another friend now interested in the hobby because I was able to give it to them!
(October 24, 2020, 4:50 pm)The staff is great. Extremely helpful in allowing me an exchange on something I got WAY earlier in the pandemic and had lost the receipt for. They make good suggestions, and are actually a delight to talk to.
