Justin was very helpful in getting things sorted out for us at the very last minute. We were picking up our car next day and the insurance was not sorted out. Justin took all the information and an hour later I had an email with my insurance slips. In that hour he contacted the dealership for the vehicle info, searched for the best deals, confirmed the quote with me for a go ahead and emailed both the dealership and myself. The best thing was that he was very polite and understanding and answered all my questions patiently which is very rare among insurance agents.

I ended up being in the high risk category and my regular insurance provider cancelled me. What I LOVE about isure is that they are brokers that have access to many many insurance companies so isure can shop around to get the best quote. I like the idea that isure has access to so many insurance providers so you can customize your insurance.
I was so pleased that the broker originally suggested I go with a short term 6 month plan and then shop around again. This saved me thousands of dollars. I don't think I will be returning to Belair Direct anytime soon. No flexibility buying direct from one insurer. Customer service at isure is excellent. Really honest down to earth people.

Josh (Rebboh) was fantastic! He worked quickly and efficiently. We went back and forth by phone and email and everything was done in a quick few hours. (Would have been quicker if I had everything I needed together) He was understanding and got me a great, REASONABLE deal! I’m so happy, and can’t wait to continue working with him

Extremely fast one day service to create a new account from start to finish, ending with new insurance slips within hours, and I live almost 2 hours away, not need to go sign papers. Our rep looked up and informed of us of other company's quotes, options available with in our new policy, and terms of the agreement. It was way easier, and way faster then I thought it would be. I was very lucky to find their website and move our automobile policies over.
