I recently went to this shop as I purchased online through another vendor and my e-Dirt Bike arrived missing a front axle hex bolt. This is a unique bolt that you cannot just match at Lowes or Home Depot (although I tried). When I went in to Kanis Power Sports and told my story to a gentleman by the name of Alex, he went right in the back and pulled out a perfect match to my sample. This was all happening while I was waiting and going through customer support with my vendor who in the end told me to just pick up a nut at a local hardware store. Thank-you very much for your help as I wasn't going to put my 12 year old on unsafe dirt bike. My other son is now interested in a pocket bike and will be bringing my future business over here.
