Andrew is one dedicated craftsman with excellent attention for detail. He is patient and knowledgeable. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. Everything about the door is more than perfect.

During our home renovation, the Doors from Lusso Design was one of the only things done right. Andrew is meticulous, and he and his team are very professional, and actually care about doing a great job. They have pride in their work, and it shows. Great company!!!

There are many contractors offer to install main entrance door. Andrew from Lusso Design did that for us a few yrs ago. Installation was great BUT that is not the end of the service provided by Andrew .
I called him this afternoon that my lock (dead bolt) didn’t work. Even during this Covid scare. He came over within 3 hrs. Fix it the lock mechanism . No charge .
This after installation service separate him from others.
While most will over promised before the sale and forget about you when the money is in their hand , Andrew takes care of you .

We purchased a custom front double doors from Andrew Lusso 4 years ago. The custom full glass insert is very tasteful and artistic. Every visitors comment on how beautiful they are. Andrew also provide wonderful after sales support. Over the last 4 years, he came a few time when we had questions or small adjustment needs. For example, I experienced squeaky sound recently whenever I open or close the door. He came quickly and solved the problem for me. Actually the bottom door seal just need cleaning and lubricant. He insisted that i don't have to pay anything for such service call. Frankly he never charged for those extra visits. When I asked him about my patio sliding doors, he told me that they are still in good shape and no need to replace. Such honesty, ethics, great service and products definitely deserve a five star rating.

Andrew has a genuine appreciation for his craft, and it’s easy to tell when you view his work. Our door turned out better than we expected since our home does not have a main entrance, and we did not want to come home and walk through the garage door. Andrew explained in detail and indicated his recommendations when he understood what our current door looked like. The door design is a perfect fit for our home and lifestyle settings since we live on a lakefront with a lake resort setting. Lusso Design did a fantastic job from beginning to end. We highly recommend Andrew at Lusso Design.
