  I had a sport jacket brought in to shorten the sleeves and after trying on the jacket everything looked fine until I got home and realized that the pocket square that was sewn to the pocket was missing. Also my jacket was returned with creases and they refused to press the jacket cause there would be a charge for it, really??? They were more concerned about getting my payment instead of customer service. Not going there again.
