I am so happy with outstanding service, honesty and professionalism of Jonathan Tam during my new cars shopping with Maranello BMW.
I got my first new car last year from them and again got my 2019 X5 last week.
During both deals I checked couple of GTA BMW dealerships but Jonathan was The Best in everything: price and straightforwardness,not wasting your time by beating around the bush.

Just picked up my new car. I purchased with Cristina and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with start to finish. Rosemary the business manager also took care of all the financial details perfectly. I am very impressed with the team at BMW Maranello and would highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a BMW.

Arrival reception was great.
Checking in was slow- staff were too busy with their own conversations. My arrival seemed unexpected despite having a scheduled appointment.
Car was serviced as promised.
Disappointed with not receiving a cleaned car.
Checking out took 30 minutes - staff were friendly but too busy in the background.
Overall staff were friendly and polite but professionalism could be allot better.

Picked up my BMW x4 M40i yesterday and could not be happier. Had an excellent experience with my purchase, my Salesman Jonathan is very knowledgeable on all the BMW models and quickly responded to all my questions and concerns.

I have purchased many cars from different manufacturers and dealerships over the years and never returned to same dealership after my lease was over due to lack of customer service from the salesmen at these dealerships. But that is not what my experience was with Jonathan, he went above and beyond what I would expect and provided excellent customer service. He made shopping for a luxury vehicle fun and exciting. I will definitely be going back to him for my next vehicle.

Service department was easy to work with and took care their customer like their own. Service was fast, clean and no pressure from additional add-on/service items like other dealerships try to tag on. Well recommended.
