I went to this store with my father in law to fix his bill issue. My father in law was not very happy with customer service and he was ready to switch to another company.We explain the situation to Shadi Nouelaty Business Development Manger. Shadi was very helpful, he upgraded his plan and gave him new LG phone fir few extra dollars. Highly recommend to visit this store and meet Shadi.
