I have known Tony for many years and have had the privilege of working with him on a variety of assignments. After a recent project, something hit me so strongly, that I felt the need to put my thoughts into a recommendation, in hopes that others may read it and get a glimpse of “who” Tony Gareri really is.

What struck me was the realization, that in all the years I have known Tony, he has not changed. I mean, he really hasn’t! His belief in, as he puts it, “culture first and the results will follow”, has never wavered, nor bent or was ever broken. Believe me, there are more people that quietly want to see you fail than succeed. There are even more that are happy to criticize when you do succeed. His creativity, desire and passion to make Roma Molding such a place, actually has succeeded.

Tony’s belief system is, without question, the cornerstone of this change. Roma is an amazing company and Tony has built a remarkable team and environment that is truly a wonderful experience to work with and in.

I have paid to listen and learn from many speakers over the years. All tout their ideas and suggestions that will turn your personal life, your career or your company around. Unfortunately, most do not actually practice what they preach. Tony doesn't just talk the talk, he walks the walk.

He could have stopped with Roma but instead, he chose to do whatever he can to assist any company in understanding what it takes to make a difference in their organization, by putting their people first. He puts himself out there. Bares it all and doesn’t apologize or make excuses. You can do it if you believe it.

One of Tony’s famous lines is, “what you appreciate appreciates”. All I can say to anyone who does read this, is his continued appreciation of me over time has appreciated. Thank you Tony.

Just wanted to recognize both the owner Tony and his dad. Working outside in the heat, unrelated to their business, and they offered us cold drink and food and were very pleasant people to deal with. They showed compassion and great customer service and could not be have been friendlier.

Loved working with the team at Roma as they listened to my wishes and gave great suggestions on my huge custom frames prints. Along the way I got several updates on my order right until the day of shipping. The quality and craftsmanship if the final frames is second to none. I could not be happier with how they turned out and how stunning they look on the wall.
