I have a 2002 Bosch Benvenuto. Last year it stopped working. No service technicians would touch it. I was introduced to SACI because he has edible espresso cookies, which I have been looking for. Anyway, I told him about the machine and he said “Bring it in”. So I did and he repaired it. Gotta love it!!

Dropped off an espresso machine and a meat slicer for repair to Marco and he had both machines running in tip top shape quickly.
