I am doing my house renovation and I need three toilets. By chance I saw Janet and her website and found they offered much better price than other websites. I contacted her by text message and the response was always so speedy and professional and helpful. It took me only a little time to confirm all the things. After only two days, the toilets were ready for pick up. It was so amazing and much more competitive than other shops, and not to speak of the price again. To get rid of my doubt, Janet let me check the toilets before I took them away. After the installation of only one toilet we can see very clearly that the toilets were so beautiful. It is really amazing. Later when we installed the last toilet, we found the plank of the toilet was not fitted. It was my own fault, but Janet helped me replace this one with a more suitable model without hesitate. And later we found one thin crack in one of the toilets after installation, we didn't know whose fault it was, but Janet still helped me replace this one with a new one. I really bothered her so many times. So sorry. I don't know how to express my gratitude to Janet and her wonderful team. My English is not good enough to express all my thankfulness. Thank you Janet.
