Sixth Sense Spa & Nail Lounge

I recently visited this nail lounge to get a mani with shellac and regular pedi. Shay was my nail technician and she was great. I wanted a relaxing time and I got just that. She took about 25 minutes for my pedicure and about 45-50 for my manicure with shellac as I got some designs done. She made sure the design was done well and took her time figuring it out.
She was honest if something couldn’t be done as per the inspiration picture I showed her.

I was offered a drink about 20 minutes in my pedicure, which is quite far in.
I would want a drink within 5-10 minutes from when my service begins.

Lots of seating available and many technicians working. They do not have such a large variety of regular polish but decent enough.

Overall, good experience for me. I would return again.

I went in with my partner for mani and pedis and we had excellent service from start to finish. The moment we arrived, we were welcomed and serviced immediately (we did make reservations). My nail tech Rosa was very professional and a great conversationalist. She made me feel welcomed and I had wonderful service. My nails still look very fresh after a week and a half! I opted for gel polish on my natural nails and no chips at all! My partner Sultan went in for a gentleman’s pedicure and manicure and he was very impressed with the service as well.

Also note: they do have complimentary iced coffees and other drinks! They also told us they will open more services like a massage parlour and other amenities. We will be definitely be going back!

Ann did my nails and she was amazing!! I showed a picture from their Instagram of the style I wanted. These are the bio gel nails plus nail art on two nails, 75.00 before tax and tip. I’m so impressed with this place, it’s my second time coming and I will be back again! Also the staff is so super friendly :)

Emily (aka Emma) was wonderful! I followed her to this new salon because I love how she does my nails. She is very patient and and does a great job. My nails last a long time...I love them! Thank you Emily!

Sam did a TERRIFIC job with the Lunar New Year nail art!! I came in with pictures, including some easier options if she wasn’t confident about doing my picks. She immediately knew what to do and handled the designs with ease. Sam also checked in with me regularly and offered suggestions on how to improve the designs. The final product is just so gorgeous and I can’t stop admiring them!!

The salon is terrific overall - online booking is easy with follow up reminders, the salon is well ventilated, not noisy, and has a great colour selection. I got a pedicure as well and Emily was very friendly and gentle. The salon takes COVID precautions seriously and the technicians use tools from sterilized pouches. This was just my second visit and I felt as well cared for as their regulars.
