Starbucks

Very unpleasant experience of the cashier due to lack of Starbucks product knowledge.
Social distancing was not maintained, while I was waiting in line, as he came infront of the cashier to pickup some nuts.

This is not Tim Horton, it’s Starbucks and we expect premium coffee with premium service. For Tim Horton standard, it would be perfectly fine.

Food (cake pop and breakfast sausage and egg sandwich) and drinks (pumpkin latte and oat latte with apple syrup) were all tasty and at the appropriate temperatures. The only warning I have to other customers is that from the app (unsure if the same would apply in-store but I would guess it is the same) when adding apple syrup it charged $0.50 per pump. So in my grande 4 pump there was an additional charge of $2.00. Also, even when applying 25 stars to get free syrup, the stars will only provide a credit for $1. Normally adding syrup (like my normal vanilla) there is only an extra charge of $0.50 total even with 4 vanilla pumps.

Good Starbucks vibe and friendly baristas

Spacious inside and out - great little patio and like all other Starbucks: free Wifi. The team of baristas at this location works very hard to keep the lineup in check. It's a busy shop but the wait time is not bad.
