Fantastic supplier but requires lots of hand holding. Often things are kept on backorder but the rest of the project not shipped. A 'ship complete' button on your website would solve this, or a "ship without backorders' like all the other suppliers. Had $975.00 worth of product held today because something was on back order which I was not notified of until the following day. Last week I placed an order, and tried to cancel it within 5 minutes and the CSR response was to "Have it shipped out, and then ship it back in for a refund and a 15% restocking fee". Even though it hadn't left their warehouse yet. Ridiculous customer service from one of the 'big players'.

Excellent service, friendly staff, answers questions very quickly either by email or phone. One of my go to supplies for clothing.
