Five Star Service Centre with no worries!

Well, I'm impressed at the attention that I received at Tesla Vaughan Service Centre.
My model S has been acting up and I made a service centre appointment to have my issues taken care of.
My service rep was Tina. Tina asked me to timestamp my problems so the technicians could look into my model S problems through diagnostics.
I was booked for Friday October 23, 2020. Tina phoned me and asked if I could come in on the Tuesday so they could look at it right away as I am shipping my car to Florida in a couple of weeks. Tina wanted to make sure that my S was in perfect condition before the trip. I took the car in on the Tuesday morning for no contact drop off and picked up a nice clean model S loaner car. Tesla dealt with my car even before I got back home and it was ready for pick-up at 6:00 pm that night. Tesla service dealt with all of my issues in a very timely manner all through a pandemic.
Tina and her professional crew did an outstanding job right from logging my service appointment to charging my car up for my 2 hour trip back home.

Sales lady Lina was very nice and very helpful. When she was busy, another guy came and helped us out. They were also knowledgeable about the product.

Car found damaged at SC after picking up, but SA responded quickly and arranged replacement of damaged parts. I appreciate their services, and hope their technicians could take a good care of every car in the shop.
