Work Authority

Excellent service and very effective response to phone query. They provided me good advice as I am the first time safety shoe user. Purchased one pair from another chain shop and suffered a lot with single day use. Then visited this branch of Work Authority. They not only made my day, they made my job. Cheers!!

Just bought a pair of new boots from this work authority. I have huge feet that make it a massive pain to find anything that fits. The manager Jason Young helped me out for almost an hour to find me something that would work. Very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely reccomend this work authority.

My husband ordered a pair of work boots online. Unfortunately, they were the wrong size.. a size 14. They were shipped from Cambridge.
I contacted Jason at the store on Weston Road and he said no problem... bring them in and I will exchange them. Thank you Jason! Super customer service.. you get 20 stars!

10/10 would recommend! Went this morning around 9am. Store is following physical distancing guidelines carefully. Wide selection of brands, styles, and sizes. Very patient and knowledgeable staff. Was able to find a comfortable safety shoe to complement some custom orthotic insoles. Was previously wearing CAT 6" boots.
