This was my first time at 410 Auto, because it's within walking distance to my work and therefore more convenient with my work schedule.
I made an appointment to have my snow tires removed and all-seasons put back on. I spoke to Rick on the phone, and of all the mechanics I've spoken to in my adult life, he was the most professional. It didn't sound like I was on the phone with a mechanic-there was no interrupting background noise, he was very polite and honest, so as a female making a car appointment, I felt very comfortable from the get-go.
I dropped my car off at 8:45am, and received a phone call within 3 hours that my car was ready to be picked up. I have never had such speedy service in my life! My prior experience has been that I don't have my car all day (and often have to take time off work because I have no vehicle,) and before going to 410 Auto I was ready to learn to change tires myself just to save time!
Very pleased with the service I received today. I will definitely return for future service needs. I've posted their business card in my work's break room should any of my coworkers (many of whom do not live in Stouffville), require vehicle maintenance.
Definitely recommended!
The very friendly people at 410 Auto are VW enthusiasts and know Volkswagen! They are super helpful and offer good advice. Only good things to say!
This garage is amazing. We called and were able to have a space the next day to fix our vanagon 1987. Rick was really friendly and was able to help us out with our issue. He gave us some advices and suggestions to help us out dealing with small mechanicals issues during our trip.
They specialize in Volkswagen and labour rates are less than dealers! They offer a free courtesy car,which is outstanding when you have to leave your car there. Rick and son,Cal, are easy to deal with and friendly. They will communicate via email and even give you free advice on fixing things yourself!
Rick came from Volkswagen and has worked with the engineering department and sales and mechanics. He really does know it all. Rick also is an actor and gives to his community in many ways.
