  I had a phenomenal experience at Car Star in Stouffville. I was helped by Patrick, and everything from the initial booking, the quote, the repair and payment was seamless. He was thoughtful and very caring, and the repair looks incredible. I'd take my car back here in an instant, they anticipated needs I didn't even know I had. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Our Insurance instructed me to take the vehicle to Carstar in Stouffville for a repair. I was greeted by Patrick Savella the Manager and he was very helpful and courteous. He forwarded the estimate to Insurance and once this was approved he contacted me and advised that they were going ahead with the repair. Few days later he phoned me with an update and notified the day the vehicle will be ready. I was surprised to receive another phone call notifying me that the vehicle will be ready 3 days ahead of the promised date. The repair and the service was excellent.

  Highly recommend Car Star Stouffville, service was professional and efficient! The location is really clean and welcoming. No need to keep looking, this is the place to go!

  Great experience with Patrick at Carstar Stouffville! Excellent customer service, very personable and super happy with the work that was done on my car! Car feels like new.

  Highly recommend, I would go there again. They did an excellent job on my car, great service and they finished the job earlier than expected. Only 4 stars due to the delay to get the car in for repair with lack of follow-up/communication between them and my insurance provider.
