Juan provided expert advice and recommended and made improvements to my laptop to maximize its efficiency. His rates were very reasonable for the time he invested...and the turnaround time was quick. I also appreciated his honesty in telling me my laptop was getting old and future replacement should be considered rather than investing in repairs again. Highly recommend his services.

Dr. Fix. I.T. always deals with our I.T. issues. They have been extremely responsive and have even come after hours to fix our network so that we didn't have to shut down business during the day. We are purchasing a bunch of new laptops for staff this year and plan on using their services for fleet installations.

Juan was excellent. At first I wondered about dropping off my computer at a house, but when I saw that I save money because he doesn't have to pay for a store, it made complete sense to me. He recovered my data from a hard drive, when another company told me that it was lost forever. Thank you so much Juan - he really is a Dr. Fix I.T.!!
