(April 12, 2017, 10:30 pm)Some home owners (like above) can also be extremely difficult to work with and very sensitive. In my experience, I'd buy another Fairgate Home just because they build a great house in such a saturated market where builders rush to build something sub-par. Fairgate doesn't rush but they are still punctual. Each house they build, they ensure that a high level of care and consideration is met.
Fairgate Homes is made on a set of family values and still carry the family tradition. In my opinion, buying from a builder with such a strong set of traits is the best thing a home owner could ask for.
Hands down, very happy and satisfied with my home.
