The gym is great a perfect addition for Stouffville. The staff is friendly and helpful. All the equipment is clean and they are happy to show you how to use it.

Recently started to get back into working out and was looking for a gym with one on one coaching. Working with coach Justin has made the start up process very easy. Noticing a lot of improvement. This gym also offers jiu jitsu, which I thought I’d never get into, but it was very comforting knowing that the coach takes the appropriate amount of time when teaching a newbie. The gym is very clean and has a lot of options for different types of workouts to try. I would definitely recommend this gym and would recommend them to give all the classes a try! Cheers.

What an amazing facility! The owner is very personable and easy to talk to. He is willing to try new activities, all I had to do was ask about the possibilities. Great new equipment ranging from floor mats to full on weight training equipment. Very clean! My wife and I had a great session with one of the personal fitness instructors. Great feeling!

Amazing place to come workout! Great for all ages with lots of versatile mats and equipment! I love coming here for cross training, acro and so much more! You can book online to have a private session which is such a nice option when you don't want to be waiting for equipment!

Great atmosphere. Very clean and well maintained gym. The staff are very professional and make you welcomed. I would recommend this place to a friend. And it’s amazing that there are various different classes you can take.
