Being a long time user/buyer of used cars as well as a stickler to a certain import brand, this is the first time I have personally dealt with Ford as well as for a NEW vehicle...and the experience is so far awesome! Dan not only welcomed me in from when I first walked into the dealership, but was fully knowledgeable about the new truck I was enquiring about. He was very transparent about all the processes and what to expect in the new buyers process. To me, Dan feels like one of those "car guys" that everyone needs in their circle...someone that wont screw around with you and will tell it like it is. I respect that attribute a lot, and at the end of the day, its the sole reason why I was able to overcome my Honda loyalty and actually put in an order for a fresh 2022 Ford truck. Cant wait!!!!
