(November 21, 2023, 12:31 am)This life labs location in Stouffville is either too small to serve the population or does not have enough lab technicians on duty. There were 16 people in the waiting room when I visited, and I waited 1.5 hours for my turn. Meanwhile patients with appointments were taken immediately, but it's impossible to book an appointment on line other than 2 weeks ahead. The male technician wore his mask on his chin, nowhere near his mouth or nose.
(June 26, 2018, 3:55 pm)People are pleasant usually. One employee can draw blood with no pain at all. There are often many people in the waiting area. Perhaps they need another employee on staff. Or perhaps there needs to be another LifeLab in the Stouffville area.

(July 12, 2017, 12:40 pm)Not that getting bloodwork done is ever a fun experience... But these guys are quick and efficient at what they do, and they make sure you feel comfortable in their capable hands. Wait times can be quite long during peak hours, but it's to be expected with how much paperwork is involved and the attention required for each patient. Pro tip: go early!
