I sent an email inquiring about a light fixture installation on New Year's Eve, around dinner time, I wasn't expecting a reply until after the holiday season. The thing is, I have a holiday party to host on Jan. 4th and I thought if I could get this light fixture installed before then, it would make the pictures we would be taking so much better. Well, I was so amazed when I got a reply to my inquiry that same night just minutes later. I was able to confirm an appointment the very next day, to have my light fixture installed on January 3rd, the day before the party.
The electricians arrived early on Jan 3rd. It was immediately evident that they have done many installations before. They were very efficient, clean, and professional. The installation was carried out with the utmost care for not only the large, delicate, light fixture they were installing, but also my house, walls and floors. I would recommend them to everyone I know. Thanks to Fernando for accommodating us during the holidays. Thanks to Ross and Spencer for the clean install. I recently hired Phoenix Electrical to wire and install my EV charger. Fernando came out to do the quote and made some practical suggestions. What I was most impressed with was the fact that Fernando knew the Electrical Code well. Other electricians who came out to provide a quote did not point out issues that Fernando did, which would have prevented me from passing the ESA inspection. Fernando also went above and beyond what I expected to help me meet the electrical code requirements at the lowest cost possible even BEFORE I agreed to give him the work. The price was honest and reasonable. The team who came out to do the work was professional and punctual. The technician, Ross, only had to open up one hole to fish the wires from the basement electrical panel to the garage. My engineer husband was very happy with how clean the installation looked.

While visiting Toronto I stayed with a friend in Markham and tried to help with repairing a minor but critical electrical issue. Phoenix was highly recommended by the local lighting supply store. Fernando was very nice and had someone out to the house within an hour. The technician Ross was very professional. He got the job done quickly and efficiently.
