(April 2, 2020, 3:22 pm)Can't thank the hard working people of the Arnprior Humane Society enough! Animals have always had a special place in my heart and to see people coming together to have them getting some of the treatment they deserve makes me very happy.
(February 3, 2020, 9:11 pm)The staff working at this shelter are wonderful and the animals are very well cared for. If you get the chance to visit the shelter and spend some time with the adoptable cats, you will meet some very special kitties waiting for their forever homes!
(November 26, 2019, 5:01 pm)Best humane society I've ever been to. You are allowed to come and pet all the animals for as long as you want. The staff are friendly and helpful and encourage animal interaction. I would recommend the drive out to Arnprior for a pet. The animals are well taken care of.
(October 19, 2019, 3:49 am)I can't say enough good things about the ADHS. I adopted two long term shelter residents, 6 year old Calliope and 8 year old Hoyt. Both cats are absolutely amazing and so obviously happy to have found a forever home after 5 and 6 years in the shelter. I'm encouraging everyone to adopt from Arnprior instead of buying. There are so many great cats there waiting for their forever home.
