All the ladies are fantastic, very knowledge and friendly. The owner of this franchise location, however, has chosen to not honour our coupon for military members and veterans. That's the reason for the 4 stars instead of 5.

H&R Block provides great customer service as well as quick, easy and accurate tax management solutions. They usually issue a you a cheque for your return immediately (unless there is a problem), less a small percentage for their fees. Staff will usually be able to answer any questions that you may have, or find an answer for you, fairly quickly.
