We first approached Tropicana at the end of spring, as we didn't plan to put a pool in this year. We reached out to a few companies, but either didn't receive an answer or were given a vague description. Tropicana was amazing - Helena immediately responded with detailed estimates, answering the dozens of questions I kept firing off as someone new to the idea of a pool.

The responses, depth of answers, and high level of service made us instant customers, and we have continued to be impressed with their service.

From the site survey to the install, they took care with every level of detail and provided timely communication, and continued to answer every question I fired at them.

We've enjoyed our pool for the past month, and been impressed by the support that they provided even after the job was done. We won't hesitate to keep using their services for the pool, and trust their advice - Helena, Amber, and Alex are a great team, always friendly and looking out for the best for their customers!

Absolutely amazing service. Great and knowledgeable staff. Helena is fantastic and always helps us keep our pool perfect by testing and then telling us the exact amount of needed chemicals to maintain perfect water quality in our pool. The prices there are great. We wouldn't shop anywhere else. Highly recommend this place. We look forward to going there every Sunday and testing the water and buying whatever we need!

Last summer we hired Tropicana Pools and Spas to install a 24 foot circular on-ground pool, as well as a Celtic stone retaining wall completely around the pool. They also installed a 16' x 22' patio as well as associated landscaping. Ultimately they remodelled about 70% of our back yard and the end result is fantastic!
We have already re-hired Tropicana for more landscaping this spring, and they will be performing all of our future pool maintenance as necessary.
