I went into this place for the first time, looking for a sparkplug for a ride on mower. Even though it was such a small purchase, the gentlemen that helped me instantly felt like an old friend. He was super helpful, caring, and kind. I have tremendous respect and appreciation for the employees for going the extra mile to show customers that they matter.

Went over and beyond to help us out.
Our car wasn’t giving us any heat, they told us our coolant might be low, which it was, as our reservoir was empty. They looked up the proper type of coolant for our Chevy Cruze, then went out of their way to find us an empty jug so that the coolant could be diluted properly, and then came outside to help us make sure we put the coolant in the correct reservoir, and it was cold outside today!
Extremely grateful for all their knowledge and care!!
Car is toasty and warm again.
