McDougall Insurance & Financial - Eganville

Although we had insurance policies for our home, a rental property and several vehicles with our existing insurance broker, they were not willing or able to provide us with an insurance policy for another property we were proposing to purchase as a rental. The property was a small older house requiring several upgrades before being fully suitable for rental and for which we were willing to commit to completing immediately upon taking ownership.
As a result, we contacted McDougall Insurance and were fortunate enough to find Erin Recoskie at the Eganville Branch who went out of her way and spent a great deal of time and effort to search out an insurance company that would be willing to underwrite a policy at a reasonable price.
She did an outstanding job and definitely came to our rescue. We highly recommend not only her but the Branch which has had past experience in providing insurance for homes in similar conditions. Where would owners of small older homes be without insurance brokers like McDougall who are willing to look at all options. We will definitely be revisiting with them our other existing policies. I recently switched brokers and now with Scott at mcdougall in eganville. He got me a cheaper insurance company and got me set up right away on the same day! Very nice and professional guy to deal with highly reccomend!
