Ms. Sungolo was informative about the issues I'm experiencing around custody, access and provided a useful insight into how it would turn out if we were to move into the litigation stage. I found her approachable and felt she listened well to my problem and though she provided advice that was hard to hear, she was the second lawyer to explain the system to me and I left feeling satisfied I could predict at least one outcome. I will definitely go back to her if I go to court. A small thing, but I appreciated it: she answers her own telephone.
