Dealt with Chris for the purchase and Doug for slide plates I bought afterwards.

(February 14, 2018, 3:11 am)I brought my Cub Cadet snow thrower in for repair on Friday. Picked it up on Tuesday running like new. The staff there were absolutely terrific and the woman working in the service department was outstanding. This was my first dealing with this company and won't be the last. Their customer service is top notch. Can't rave about them enough!
