Oakridge Heating, Cooling & Custom Sheet Metal

Had Jesse in to troubleshoot and repair a failed programmable thermostat that died and was preventing us from being able to heat the house in early December. He was unable to solve the problem with this type of thermostat for which he apologized profusely (and unnecessarily I thought). He was honest and stated that they probably would not have someone who would be able to quickly replace and program a new unit and suggested trying some other dealer..and once again, apologized.

I mentioned that I had an old mechanical stat laying around along with some thermostat wire and wondered if he could do anything with it to at least temporarily get us through until a new thermostat could be sourced and installed. He said probably and configured it so that at least the propane furnace part of our HVAC system would work.
Very professional and upfront with us. I would highly recommend him!!

3 times I've used Oak Ridge and all 3 times I've been impressed with their professional manor, speed and quality of work. Their technician Jesse came out all 3 times. He was able to diagnose and repair my home furnace, water heater and the furnace at my work. He's also very polite and professional. Their receptionist (whos name I forgot. Sorry) has great phone manor and empathy. Great team. 5 Stars.
