I had called to see about a repair on two items but they do not service those items. Employee answered my call quick and informed me that they don't service the items I was looking to repair. They were curtious to state they were unsure of other vendors that work on the items but to check with the store of purchase. This shows a great amount of dedication to customers as its the little above and beyond to help steer consumers to there desired service or product. I did know of the other vendors in town but thanked them for there time anyway!
