I just love my new Hybrid Rav 4! Gwen is the best! She helped me set up my app and went through all the neat functions on the dash. She even bookmarked pages in the manual that she thought I’d need! There was no hassle or pressure!!! Thanks Gwen!!!

Marc from service has been amazing. After having issues with the dealership in Kingston, I reached out and he was nothing but a gracious, attentive and genuinely compassionate about my issues with my truck. He walked me through troubleshooting and options and basically solved all my issues (fingers crossed). I haven’t experienced great customer service in awhile. I am going on their site now to browse for a new truck. Marc should get the commission in my opinion. :)
