We’ve been taking our pup to class at Tailwaggers K9 Sport since we got her. It’s a very welcoming place and classes are fun. We always learn a lot and our pup gets very excited when she knows we are heading there.
Everybody is welcome at TailwaggerK9. It does not matter if you are a beginner in dog sports, or it is your first dog. When you are already an experienced dog owner and have experience in dog sports, there are really nice workshops to choose from.
I love that Tailwaggerk9 invites other dog trainers/ teachers to give workshops. The open and relaxed environment lets you feel comfortable at TailwaggersK9.
Sharon and TailWaggers are amazing! We have a coonhound/beagle mix and boy oh boy is he a character! We honestly were not sure how he would do with learning and picking up much needed skills but this place made it so easy!
Although Rollo is a lot of work and very loud, Sharon was amazing and patient with him! He loved going to see her and surprised us all!
We did some private sessions, puppy kindergarten, puppy socials and basics skills with Sharon and TailWaggers and we loved every minute of it!
Once we have time again, Rollo will definitely be going back! We highly recommend 😀
I have been training with Tailwaggers since I picked up my Rottweiler puppy in October. We have been in puppy kindergarten, basic skills, scent detection intro, canine fitness, and rally obedience. The classes allow for one on one and group focus. The instructors are always there to answer any questions you have or help you with concepts your struggling with. My boy is now 6 months and looks forward to training and going to our classes. I am so happy to have such a wonderful positive environment to train my dog in. They use positive reinforcement training which is the best way of training in my opinion. And yes it even works on the Rottweiler. I would highly recommend them to my clients and friends.
Over the past few years I have had the pleasure of attending a variety of events at TailWaggers, including seminars on subjects such as dog aggression and how dogs learn; workshops on hind end awareness, Canine Good Citizen certification, and specific skills related to scent detection; as well as several SDDA scent detection trials. All have been very well organized and professionally run, and Sharon always ensures a friendly, welcoming and fun environment.
