Kevin came to fix a part of the house. He explained in good detail the part he'd need, how long it would take to arrive, how long it would take to fix, and the total cost. Kevin even answered some more detailed questions about the job. The team is also very responsive on email. I am quite satisfied with their work ethic, cost, and skill.
