Thank God for Dr. Ann! She’s such a kind, and compassionate person, and a Great Vet! A couple of years ago, my Maltese/Shitzu became very ill, very quickly on a Sunday evening. I called my Vet in Renfrew, and got the answering machine, saying to go to the Ottawa Clinic for emergencies. I phoned my sister, and asked if she had Dr. Ann’s number, as that was her pets’ Vet. It was 10 pm on a Sunday night, and Dr. Ann answered. I explained what was happening, she asked me to send some pictures. She was able to talk me through mixing up a concoction, of meds, and ingredients I had on hand. She told me to give it to Bobbi, and if it didn’t help, she would meet me at the clinic that night to help her. It did work, and she told me to meet her at 7am the following morning, and she would examine her, but if Bobbi had any more issues, during the night, I could call her. Just knowing that she was there, if Bobbi took a turn, was so comforting. It takes me 2 hours to drive there, and back, but I wouldn’t change Vets as long as Dr. Ann is Practising. I realize this is a long post, and I rarely write reviews, but I just wanted to let everyone know, how fortunate we are, to have such an amazing veterinarian, right here in the Ottawa Valley!

Dr. Ann and her team are the best in the region. The take a personal interest in your pet/animal - they're part of the extended family.

Recently, my parent's dog, a 16 year old Bichon, had started to fail with his hearing, eyesight, and was having a hard time controlling his 'business' in the house. The hard decision was made and the folks there knew just how to handle the delicate situation and support my Mom & Dad. They were quick to reach out within a few days both by phone and with a hand-written sympathy card in the mail. They rate too marks with their compassion efforts!
