Dr. James Gallant Dentistry

I moved to the valley 18 months ago and didn't needed a dentist until a month ago when I broke a molar. I called 2 offices that advertise a lot and was told they couldn't book me until the summer, wow. So I took a chance and called Dr Gallant's office, turns out they keep time aside for emergencies and I got in the next day for a temporary filling and relief. The diagnosis was for a root canal and new crown which was scheduled quickly and completed within a week, in one visit! Technology has changed the industry and Dr Gallant has taken advantage of that, meaning you get lots of info too. He's also very skilled and gentle, taking the time to explain my procedure and options. It was essentialy painless, and the staff in the office were excellent - professional and friendly. I now have a trusted team for dental health, and I recommend them without reservation.

I have always been apprehensive about dentistry. For me, and alot of others, it is quite invasive having someone examine your teeth. I personally have been having all dental work done here at Dr. James Gallant's dental office, and I am completely impressed with the service provided. I have had surgical extraction of my wisdon tooth, an implant procedure performed, and multiple cleanings. The compassion and information provided was more than expected or anticipated. The lobby and offices were gleaming clean and bright, and the charges were explained and were never more than the initial estimate provided. The entire team is attentive and knowledgeable, and they make you truly feel at home. Jessica and the other girls are cheerful and are great to deal with, and they even have a compassion dog cruising around visiting the patients!
If you are new to the area, or looking for a dental office with better service than what you are presently receiving, look no further.

Bringing my daughter their for braces:) so far it's been great! ( 6 maths in 4 yrs to go lol) Can't rate dr too much ( not in the room) but as far as consultations all is good. Polite, seems honest. Questions answered. But the girls that work for him are soo far 100% great ! They make that place run smooth... Dr James wouldn't be the great dentist he is without his team!
They are polite, understanding, sincere! They work with you for scheduling, payments, paperwork, insurance, etc
They have your best interest at heart! If they can save you money on treatments or how it is paid they will go out of their way to figure it out! I'm a single mom of 3, and my daughters ortho work will cost $5000-7000 in the next 4 yrs.... I sometimes don't know if I will have the money to cover the appointments fees, but the girls have always been understanding , non judgmental. Sometimes they will let me come a couple weeks late with payment ( with no penalty, or ask only for half right away)
They have help with Ontario smiles program for the non ortho treatments ( like cleanings, or cavities)
They have always answered my questions and if they didn't know the answer they would find out for me:)
And to top off I LOVE the text reminders they send to my phone!!! Helps keep things organized :)
