I recently had the opportunity to experience this AMAZING therapy! This is handsdown one of the most beneficial ways I have EVER experienced to down-regulate my nervous system!

Everything from the shower, the little float kit, down to the tea and just the pure calming energy was totally inviting and serene. Sarah made me feel like a queen and i was brought into a place where i could totally put the world down for a while and feel weightless!

As a full time regulated health professional myself for the last 20 years, I understand the importance of nervous system healing and relaxation. So many facets of life depend on a good base foundation of health. Sleep, stress level, food and the choices me make every day can ride on our nervous system and hormonal reactions. I believe this is one AMAZING tool I can implement in your life as a form of healing! I truly did not realize just how much I needed this in my life!!

I feel like a new person and I will be making this a huge part of my own healing journey! Thank you EVERNEW !🥰🙌🙌❤️

Evernew Rehab is so inviting. My first time floating and I was so impressed. Sarah was super friendly and went over all the details. The whole experience was amazing and I left feeling Zen!

Sarah made me feel very comfortable and informed me about the experience I was about to have. She went over Showering (before and after), the float process and what to expect. She answered all the questions I had.

The float itself was amazing, but the after effects were the BEST part.  I felt very calm and relaxed, and slept amazing after. I woke up very refreshed, and was experiencing less pain then I had when I came in for my float session.

The float itself was very interesting. It took the first few minutes to get situated and comfortable. But once I finally felt my body relax and just float there without thinking about anything it was an absolute amazing experience. I slipped into a weird spot between being very relaxed and almost falling asleep.

I look forward to continuing float therapy with Evernew.

As an athletic therapist, I’m always looking for ways to help my clients recover as we are rehabbing their injuries, aches and pains; float therapy is a modality that has proven to be extremely helpful in complimenting the rehab process. For myself it has been quite the game changer in dealing with migraines and headaches. Not to mention the installations at Evernew are simply beautiful, clean and welcoming. You get a spa like experience unwinding in the lounge area with a warm tea after your float. I totally recommend!

I had the opportunity to experience the float tank at Evernew Float and I was not disappointed. I was a bit nervous when I was told I had an hour. I thought to myself that is way too long. I was pleasantly surprised that it felt like 20 mins and I left wanting more. After a couple of minutes with my mind racing and going through the new sensations and experience, I was able to allow my thoughts to slow down and become aware of the zero gravity sensation and no pressure on my body, allowing me to fully relax: feeling like I was sleeping but totally aware of my surroundings and sounds. The temperature of the water matches your body and is never cold or hot. Once the hour was up, it was a little disorientated and was not sure what time it was, coming out of an almost trance-like state. Give yourself some time to sit and sip on some herbal tea provided and ease back into life. Afterwards I felt relaxed and recharged and had a wonderful full undisturbed seven and a half hours of sleep. I hope to make this part of my monthly schedule. If you are curious about becoming more aware of your breathing, mindfulness and stillness or just need to take more time for yourself to recharge, this is the perfect stepping stone. Sarah is wonderful to answer any questions and help you feel more comfortable in your experience.
