K9 headquarters has had a profound impact on our family's success with our rehomed dog. Zoey had troubles with being rehomed and a big move in October when we started with the team at K9 and now she is responsive, exemplifying fun play and is great with new introductions. Jeff has been so adaptive with our goals and gives us confidence is Zoey's abilities and her learning. What we once thought was unmanageable behaviour has transformed into a happy and confident doggo. Thank you K9! Specifically Kat and Jeff have been instrumental in her success. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

We have been here in Pembroke for over two weeks of training with a service dog, Hunter at Fireteam K9 headquarters and we can’t say enough about the great experience we had with the staff and owners. They are so loving and friendly and the love they have for all the dogs that are there and the ones that come through their doors. I highly recommend them for the service’s they offer. Kat is so knowledgeable about grooming, nutrition plus so much more. I just want to bring her home with us. Deb is also amazing, the dogs look at her and just love on her and listen when she’s training with them. The owners Jeff and Jen Hinch are so friendly and welcoming you can see the love and passion they have for these dogs. We couldn’t ask for a better place to be at, this is a place to be to have your dog trained to have them groomed. The volunteers that come and help with dogs are also amazing people. We are so blessed to have Hunter as a service dog for my husband and we are so blessed to have a new friends here in Pembroke at fire team K9 headquarters.

Amazing grooming! The first time we went here they fixed a terrible haircut done by another groomer, considering how bad it was they did an amazing job and fixing it! Staff is so friendly and welcoming! This was our second time there and I love the results and Henry is one happy boy afterwards!

Love coming here with my pup! The team here is wonderful and super helpful. Ive learned so much about my dogs from all the information they have given me. the biggest takeaway I get from fire team, is not just simply about how to train my dog but I learn about the whys. I learn about behaviours and it helps me understand my pet better.
