To say, the people here were nice enough but I found myself with a serious problem when a piece of my mask had broken the night previous and I was left without a functioning machine. To mention as well, I had purchased a new machine with the extra warranty from Medigas only about 2 months previous and I will admit I did NOT purchase the mask from here that broke so I don't believe the should have full accountability to replace this mask and I'm not suggesting they should be fully responsible for that specific product. However, I had hoped because of my recent machine purchase with warranty they would be more willing to help or offer a suggestion. The piece I needed was an elbow joint for what I think is a very common product (Resmed Airfit F20). Essentially the molded piece of plastic on the mask snapped and rendered my whole machine entirely non-functional. When I phoned I was told that they don't have the piece and I should just buy it online to replace it. Alternatively I could buy the full replacement headgear from them for $200-odd but that was it. So, I felt left in a lurch without a working machine by my CPAP supply provider.... Okay.... I really hoped they would be more willing to help but I felt like it was a dead end which is a shame. I called another local business and they were able to fully resolve my issue and asked for nothing in return, even though I hadn't purchased anything from them before - a big +1 to them. Definitely felt let down by Medigas in this instance.
UPDATE
As it turns out it is the ADP program that is the problem here after speaking again with Medigas. They no longer cover you for the trial period for a CPAP machine even if you are on ODSP. I will be starting a trial next week after an agreement with the local medigas.
