This is a great appraisal company to deal with. Mark Schroeder's customer service when it comes to mortgage brokers is next level and his ability to problem solve makes you feel he genuinely appreciates the business you send him. I highly recommend this appraisal company and he will be getting all of my future business as well.

From the very first phone call my wife had with Suzanne to set up an appointment, to me meeting with Mark on sight was professional, courteous and respectful. The timely manner from start to finish is second to none and the amount of Marks appraisal was spot on! These are great people that are extremely knowledgeable at what they do and we would recommend them to anyone.
