Mac's Transmission Services Ltd

My interaction with MAC’s started Tuesday evening while leaving Black Bear Beach when our 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan decided to self destruct its CV axle sending gears and bearings in all directions. One of the first people to drive by was a fellow named Jim and he promptly hopped out and seeing the CV axle lying on the road, he new we were going nowhere fast. He called up Shawn from MAC’s who promptly sent one of their trucks to come get the van that was mildly impeding traffic at the intersection. I don’t remember the name of the driver, but they were quiet and professional ready to get the job done. In no time the van was loaded on the flatbed and we were off, the driver dropped me off at my house on their way back to the garage. The next morning I went by the garage and the staff was very pleasant, they took down all of my information and would call me with more information when they had it. Now, the yard was filled with vehicles and the office was filled with keys, there’s no way this was going to be a quick fix. Thursday now (1 1/2 days from tow) and I needed to stop by the garage to grab some medication from the glovebox. When I talked to a staff member, they were about to call me… the van was fixed! There’s no way a garage this busy was able to squeeze me in, but they did! I couldn’t believe it, and the cost for the tow and repairs was very reasonable. I can’t thank the staff at MAC’s enough and this has been the most painless experience I have ever had with a garage from start to finish. If you are ever in trouble, call MAC’s!

Amazing people, they are working hard on getting my car back on the road and it's very much appreciated. I own a lowered vehicle, and they managed to pull it out of a ditch with little to no damages. Very professional. And it's currently being fixed at there shop. I'm definitely going to be using there service again. Thank you all at Mac's transmission for all the hard work :)
