We moved to Petawawa (South side PMQs) in 2019, the first six months were with other companies and we would never get consistent services ( intermittent/no connection). After switching to NRTC we honestly never had an issue. Great/easy install, we had to phone once to report a problem which was taken care of in less then 20 minutes.
We are sad that NRTC isn't in New Brunswick.
As of 2022 i would recommend this company for amazing internet service (and true Gig internet).
Friendly, fast service on the phone and with install technicians.
No hidden fees or rates the creep up over time.
Go with Bell or Rogers if you like to pay more, don't like customer service or like being locked into questionable terms of service
